As a professional stylist with over 20 years’ experience, Chrissy’s excitement for all things hair is never lost as she continues to pursue education in all aspects of the industry—from cutting and colouring techniques to sustainability—and healthier products to offer both clients and staff. Chrissy is incredibly grateful that her love for the industry ensures that her job never feels like work.
Mel
MelStylist
Mel has been doing hair for over 16 years. She loves to do hair colour and believes the industry is about networking to constantly improve your foothold of fashion through education. She has traveled all over to take part in continuing education classes including New York, Calgary, and Vancouver. Fine hair fades and colour are her strengths. “Christopher Deagle is my idol.”
Elishia
ElishiaStylist
Elishia is originally from Vancouver Island and has been in Kamloops since 2018. Elishia is a self described dynamic person with a passion for respecting the planet. She loves all things hair and has since Barbies; it allows her to be creative every day and make people feel great. Elishia specializes in Balayage, Corrective Colour and Fashion colour work.
Collette
ColletteStylist
Collette has been in the salon industry for 22 years. She has travelled all over to pursue her education, from Las Vegas Symposium to Toronto Redken Exchange, and volunteering at Vancouver Fashion Week. She is passionate about fashion and trends. Collette is a blonde specialist she spends a lot of her days doing balayage and foils but also loves to do short haircuts. Integrity of hair is very important to her.

I love that everyone in this industry is so welcoming and kind. There is never- ending education and room to grow. I have learned so much in my four years working behind the chair! I love to make personal connections to my clients, and being able to help them be more confident. I get to know so many awesome people. I definitely love doing colour work. Balayage and blondes are my two most favourite things to do!
Grace
GraceSalon Coordinator/Assistant
Grace has grown up around the salon industry and although she does not want to be a stylist it seemed only natural for her to work in a salon while finishing school. She started working at Blowfish at the young age of 13 and has worked her way up from being an assistant to also helping run the front end of the salon. Grace keeps all aspects of the stylists day running smooth and efficiently.
